You retain ownership of your intellectual property. If you wish to restrict use or set terms beyond open-source availability, you must attach a clear license document with your upload.

3. Open Source Model

By default, all uploaded experiments are treated as open-source under a permissive use model. This means others may use, replicate, adapt, or extend your work for research or educational purposes unless a custom license overrides this.

Necrozma Labs assumes no responsibility for enforcing any custom license terms attached by users. It is the responsibility of the uploader to ensure licenses are clearly stated and enforceable under applicable laws.

4. Paid Services

The Platform offers both free and paid services. Access to premium features may require a subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed through secure third-party services.

By subscribing, you agree to the associated pricing, billing cycle, and any refund or cancellation policies posted on the Platform.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to upload content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights.

This Platform is owned and operated by Necrozma Labs. All platform-level branding, features, and software are the property of Necrozma Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.
